Kaiseki
Kaiseki
A seasonal course, brought one plate at a time.
Kaga cuisine rests on three things: fish from the Japan Sea, Kaga vegetables, and the lacquer and ceramics they are served on. We take you to a restaurant inside a converted machiya townhouse, where each plate belongs to the season it is served in.
This suits guests who would rather sit down and stay put. From the performance, the table is a short walk away.
Tell us about allergies or anything you would rather avoid, and the course is adjusted.
