Everyone has seenthe teahouse district by day.Few have seen it at night.
From a geiko's room to a chef's hands. A walk along gas-lit stones after the crowds have gone, and a last drink inside a former teahouse. KAHACHI arranges the booking, the payment and the language — you only have to be there.
Concept
Not a package. An evening.
The hours you spend in the teahouse district are what make Kanazawa stay with you.
See a geiko, eat sushi, visit a bar. Written down, it may look like any other itinerary. What KAHACHI builds is the order, the pace, and the minutes between one door and the next.
By day the teahouse streets are full — too full to take the photograph you came for. The same stones are empty at night. You walk them with the performance and the meal still fresh, and only the gas lamps for company. That gap between day and night is the point.
This is not built to sell to everyone. It is an invitation for people who want to understand Kanazawa from the inside.

We hold the tables, plan the timing and the route between venues. Nothing is left for you to settle on the night.
Kept small
Party sizes are kept small enough to stay quiet. We do not place you alongside large groups.
The teahouse district cannot be copied from the outside. As a committee member of the Asanogawa Enyukai, KAHACHI has spent four years working alongside the geiko, the chefs and the teahouses. That relationship is what makes this evening possible.
